Joseph Kimani Ngacha, Engineer, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund).

Ngacha, Engineer, is a holder of a BSc Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Nairobi where he graduated with Honours in the year 1977.

Ngacha, Engineer, has over 30 years’ experience in the construction management industry, a proven record of successfully managing multi-million shillings projects from conception to completion. He is a founding member of the Kenya Federation of Masters Builders (KFMB), an indigenous construction company.

Ngacha, Engineer, has worked in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and in Kenya Railways in different capacities among them Principal Engineer and District Civil Engineer. He is currently the Managing Director of Jipsy Civil and Building Contractors Ltd.
