Halima Ali is the General Manager, Legal Services and Corporation Secretary at the Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund).

Professionally, Ms. Ali is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds LL. B from the University of Nairobi, LL.M in Energy and Natural Resources from Queen Mary University of London through Commonwealth Scholarship. She is currently finalising her second masters in International Finance and Regulations from Strathmore University.

Ms. Ali is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya Chapter and seats at Commonwealth Alumni Advisory Panel at Commonwealth Scholarships.

Ms. Ali advises the Trustees at the Board of the WaterFund as a legal adviser and heads the Legal Department at the management level.
